Last night we went to 22nd St. Comedy Bar in Marcos Highway to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. Performers were Curacha (K Brosas look-a-like, only bigger and a gay), Tetay (Kris Aquino impersonator) and Nonoy Abnoy. There was alo a featured band, Joey R's Band and they played a lot of Juan Dela Cruz' songs and alternative hits.
It was really fun! We were actually seated on a VIP area ight next to the owner's table. That's why we were able to take a picture with the hosts and Mon Confiado, one of the owners and an actor. He was really nice in person.
For good old green jokes and tons of laugh, 22nd St is very accessible since it's near our place. Hope to go back to that place some other time, or better yet try another comedy bar. Zirkoh or Klownz mybe?
