As what me and my Nanay planned, since Anjela's birthday falls on a Monday, we celebrated it last Sunday, August 21, 2011, with a simple lunch to dinner event with the family.
Sunday morning, Anjela, Alwyn and I went to Sto. Thomas de Villanueva Parish Church to hear the mass. After that we stayed in my in-law's house for an hour then we went to Crisgard Fastfood to get the foods that I ordered. Large Special Pancit Bihon (good for 16-20 pax, this is actually their best seller with lechon kawali on top worth P550.00) and Large Spaghetti (P550.00). Then we went to Goldilocks, Sta Lucia East Grandmall. Getting the cake took a while, because the security guard almost wasn't able to find the cake (They placed it on the very top of the shelve). I ordered Disney Princess' Dancing in the Moonlight cake a week before Anjela's birthday celebration (This costs P1700.00). After we were able to get the food we went straight home.

When we arrived, the lechon was there already. Utensils were already prepared, Anjela's tarpaulin was already setup and all of us were already hungry.
After setting up the food we brought, we sang a birthday song for Anjela then we started to eat. Some of the visitors that arrived were my Mother-in-law, Alwyn's uncles, Tito Jojo and Tito Orly and his cousin, Jojie, Awi's boyfriend, Oliver.

Afternoon, we had videoke, we were drinking and singing all afternoon (Tanduay Ice, San Miguel Light and Emperador). It was a fun day, took so many pictures. I'll post another blog entry for the Anjela's actual birthday.
