1. Eating (and I mean a lot).
2. Sitting for hours at work.
3. Playing with Yuna.
4. Sleeping for more than 8 hours if not several times.
One day as I was watching Unang Hirit, I saw Regine Tolentino's segment. They were like showing how hula hoops can make your tummy smaller. They even dropped a line saying "It's ok to be chubby for as long as you have small waist". Come to think of it, they're right. I'm not super big and I don't want to look anorexic. I just want the curve, I want my waist back! boohoo..
Luckily we went to Toby's and I found this cute metallic pink hula hoops. So I bought it without any hesitations!
The only thing is that I really don't know how to use it, you know how to keep it from falling down. I can just go for like 2 seconds and then hula's down on the floor.
I told myself I'll keep on trying (talk about determination). I won't give up since this will be my only hope to regain small waist. After multiple attempts.. I was able to do it! Hula hoops on the waist everybody and it's not falling it's just spinning spinning and spinning! Woohoo
I can actually feel the muscles on my tummy (hmm.. that means it's taking effect! I hope). It gets harder as the hula hoops spins on my waist.
It's nice to do the hoops while listening to poker face! Hehe (Sorry, I know for some that song is like eeew! But Yuna loves it so I'm learning to like it too) I'll continue this and hopefully pretty soon i'll have smaller waist! Yey!
