Important Health Tips

1. Answer the phone by left ear.
2. Don't drink coffee twice a day.
3. Don't take pills with cold water.
4. Don't have huge meals after 5:00 PM.
5. Reduce the amount of oily food you consume.
6. Drink more water in the morningless in the afternoon.
7. Keep distance from hand phone chargers.
8. Son't use headphones or earphones for long period of time.
9. Best sleeping time is 10:00PM to 4:00AM.
10. Don't lie down immediately after taking medicines.
11. When battery is down to last bar, don't answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.
